The usual opening hours for our customer contact centre are:
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm
- Saturday - 9am to 5pm
The opening hours for each recycling centre may differ, please
check when submitting your car online.
The customer contact centre will be closed on
bank holidays. Some of the recycling centres may also be
closed.

scrap your car and to discuss any other questions you have.
Calls from a BT landline cost 1 pence per minute evenings and
weekends and 3.9 pence per minute daytime. Mobile costs
vary.
