ELV Recycling Compliance Certificate
The recycling certificate shown below should contain the name of the company which has achieved the recycling target along with their unique Cartakeback company identification number, the date that the certificate was issued and the period to which the certificate relates. The most current certificate issued was for compliance in 2008. Previous year's certificates may be displayed to show that an ATF has met the recycling targets during earlier years.
