What happens on the collection day?

You'll need to have a few things ready:

  1. your identification;
  2. your keys (including any locking wheel nut or electronic keys and codes) and security codes if you have them;
  3. your documents (such as the registration certificate, service history, MOT certificate and manuals) if you have them;
  4. and finally, don’t forget to remove any personal belongings and rubbish.

On the day of collection we'll:

  1. check that your car matches your quote;
  2. check and take a copy of your identification; 
  3. take care of the DVLA paperwork;
  4. sort out the payment.

If you have any road tax remaining, you'll get an automatic road tax refund from DVLA
