Excellent service. Quick and no hassle. Within a few days of calling my car was taken away and I received my cert of proof of destruction. Lovely staff.

Very easy to use and organise for collection. Price offered was fair. They called me a few days before pickup to make sure I had my logbook and everything ready for the day of collection. Pickup driver arrived on time, very friendly.
Very efficient. Really good communication. Operative who arrived to collect the car was friendly with a can-do attitude. As arranged he had the agreed amount with him and provided a receipt for the car. Certificate of destruction paperwork arrived quickly after collection. Overall a pain-free service. I would highly recommend.
Price theoygh website was good but the initial response after that was slow so I was uncertain the sale was going to progress, but when contacted, they were efficient and straightforward and arrived when they said they would so I was happy
