Do I need to provide my car's registration certificate?
No, your registration certificate (also known as the V5C or log book) is not essential and this will not affect your quote. However, it helps if you can try to dig it out as it can make things easier.
We may ask you whether you have the registration certificate. If you don't have your registration certificate we may ask you to provide personal identification.
