Very simple and quick, competitive agree dprice. Only slight improvement would be the fact that emails coming from CarTakeBack lagged those form the company that was contracted to pick up and take ownership of my car. i.e. emails such as "You will need to do X..." when actually the contractor had agreed to do all the heavy lifting.
The price offered was fair, online communication excellent. Actually picking up of the vehicle was professional and funds in my bank the next day.

Easy to use service. Decent price for our car. No haggling on the day which I sort of expected. Good comms throughout the time from 1st enquiry to after they had picked up the car. Cheerful helpful driver. Arrived at allotted time and a phone call 1/2 hour before arriving. An all round good experience at a sad time. ( the wife loved that car!)

Over all very positive experience but was sad to let go of my car. However online booking was easy straight forward, well informed about the collection date &time, received my money within half an hour after the collection. Well satisfied.

It was great, really simple. You got your quote, you accept it. Then you get a phone call about collection. Collection day came they got the car started drove it onto the truck. Got payment within the hour. Very professional
Everything went like clockwork immediate return email, then contacted by recovery company with day,date and time, and 20 minutes notice for a early morning pick up which i requested 😀 top guys.
it was very easy to understand and navigate. when i rang to clear up the process everything i wanted to know was covered. the collection company got in touch and the car was collected and a cheque left. highly recommended.
