Arranging the collection of your car is quick and easy. After you’ve accepted a quote for your scrap car, your local CarTakeBack branch will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date to collect your car, and answer any questions you might have.
We’ll do our best to fit in with you and most scrap car collections are arranged within a day or two of you accepting a quote. Collections usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. But please let us know if you’re in a hurry, or you need us to collect your car earlier or later than this, or on a Sunday, and we’ll do our best to help.
We’ll send you a reminder, either a text or email, to confirm the collection date and time that we agreed with you.
