But please let us know if you’re in a hurry, or you need us to remove your car earlier or later than this, or on a Sunday, and we’ll do our best to help.
We’ll send you a reminder, either a text or email, to confirm the removal date we agree with you.
On the removal day you’ll need to have a few things ready – your ID, car keys, documents (such as the registration certificate) if you have them, and don’t forget to remove any personal belongings and rubbish from your car.

Brilliant, got exactly what they said I would. They won't confirm the amount you are getting until you have surrender the car and paperwork first so that is a bit unnerving. But it all worked out in the end.

Quick and easy. I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be paid or the car wouldn't be reported as scrapped to the DVLA, but I was paid within 24hrs and the vehicle has been scrapped. The guy who came for the car was friendly and helpful.
