After you’ve accepted your quote for your car, we’ll contact you to arrange a removal date. We can remove your car at a time to suit you from your home, work, or even a garage, wherever is more convenient for you. Removals usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. But please let us know if you’re in a hurry, or you need us to pick up your car earlier or later than this, or on a Sunday, and we’ll do our best to help.
We’ll send you a reminder, either a text or email, to confirm the removal date we agree with you.
On the removal day you’ll need to have a few things ready – your ID, car keys, documents (such as the registration certificate) if you have them, and don’t forget to remove any personal belongings and rubbish from your car.
When we remove your car, we’ll help with the paperwork, and sort the payment.
